Tillamook Fire District’s strategic plan establishes a road-map of specific goals identified during the planning process. It also identifies available resources, and what resources may be required to successfully accomplish specific strategies and goals. This document was produced through a collective effort involving participation in meetings, and assembling and evaluating input from key stakeholders. The Strategic Planning Committee identified five specific goals as working priorities over the next three-five years.
