Outdoor Burning for Tillamook Bay Fire & Rescue RFPD will open effective October 1st, 2026, with a Valid Burn Permit. For Tillamook Bay Fire & Rescue RFPD Patrons, Burn Permits may be requested on The Fire Prevention page under Burn Permits. The Burn Season will end on June 30, 2027 in Tillamook Bay Fire & Rescue District.

By requesting a Burn Permit you agree to meet the Burn Regulations.

Burn Permits will be kept electronically by Tillamook Bay Fire & Rescue RFPD.

Burn Regulations as follows: Burn pile must be no more than 3 Feet x 3 Feet, must be under constant supervision, water source must be at burn site, no trash allowed, no burning during high winds, burning during daylight hours only.
